1. Responsible for all HRM & HRD operations; process improvement in recruitment, training, compensation & benefit operations in manufacturing
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Taiwan headquarter HR strategy
3. Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating talent acquisition, C&B, employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
4. Collaborate with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's goals and strategies related to HR activities

專長條件：
1. At least 10 years experiences in Human Resource, with min. 5 years experiences in managerial position.
2. Familiar with HR full functions: Recruiting, Training, C&B, and General Affairs.
3. Strong organizational capability, analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations in Thailand.
5. Proficiency in Chinese and English; good Thai communication is a plus.
